A heartwarming launch for the Senior Citizen Cot Distribution Project in Mangalpady Grama Panchayat! Under the 2025-26 Annual Plan, cots are being distributed this year to 100 selected elderly residents across all 24 wards of the panchayat.

The official inauguration ceremony took place recently in the presence of managing committee members and local residents. Check out the highlights from the event in this video!

Project at a Glance:

• Total Outlay: ₹4,35,000/- (Four Lakhs Thirty-Five Thousand Rupees)

• Beneficiaries: 100 senior citizens selected from various wards.

• The Vision: To ensure comfort, dignity, and peaceful rest during their golden years for our elders, who dedicated the prime of their lives to shaping our future.

_{^{A message of hope:}} Those who did not receive a cot this year need not worry. The committee aims to double the distribution numbers in the coming years. Furthermore, pending government approval, we are also planning to organize a special 'recreational trip' for our beloved senior citizens!
