Organizational structure
1. President
The President is the chief executive authority of the Panchayat. They lead the development initiatives and administrative activities of the Grama Panchayat.
2. Vice President
Assists in administrative functions and handles duties in the President's absence. The Vice President also serves as the Chairperson of the Finance Standing Committee.
Finance Standing Committee
Manages income, expenditure, and budget preparation for the Panchayat (Chairperson: Vice President).
Development Standing Committee
Implements development schemes, focusing on public welfare and infrastructure growth.
Health & Education Standing Committee
Oversees and manages public health and educational initiatives in the local region.
Welfare Standing Committee
Executes welfare schemes for SC/ST communities, senior citizens, women, and children.
1. Panchayat Secretary
The key administrative officer of the Panchayat, responsible for managing office operations, file management, and overall administrative execution.
2. Assistant Secretary
Assists in administrative duties, serves as the Member Secretary for Kudumbashree, coordinates welfare schemes, and manages SC development initiatives.
3. Junior Superintendent
Supervises daily office routine, coordinates workflow across departments, handles key files, and monitors staff productivity.
4. Accountant
Manages financial transactions, maintains accounting books, handles tax accounts, and prepares revenue and budget reports.
5. Senior Clerk
Oversees office records, verifies crucial files, supervises section operations, and facilitates administrative processing.
6. Clerk
Handles documentation, applications, registers, tax collections, and ward-level public services.
7. Office Attendant
Provides general operational support, manages file movement, maintains office readiness, and assists administrative staff.
Gram Sabha
The general body of voters in the Panchayat. It discusses local issues, proposes development projects, and reviews beneficiary lists.
Grama Panchayat Committee
The governing body composed of elected representatives (Ward Members) responsible for key decisions and local governance.
President & Vice President
The primary political leaders guiding the development strategies and executive administration of the local body.
Standing Committees
Specialized committees focused on finance, development, welfare, health, and education to ensure smooth operational focus.
Panchayat Secretary
The primary civil executive officer executing council decisions and running the daily administration of the office.
